Implementation Analyst
We’re hiring an Implementation Analyst to lead how HIRA gets embedded into hospital operations. This means driving adoption, not just deployment. You will be the bridge between our product and the operational reality of how hospitals manage labor.
You will work directly with department directors across clinical and ancillary areas, staffing office and resource pool managers, and operational leaders to understand their workflows, analyze their data, configure solutions, and ensure the platform changes how staffing decisions are made. You will also feed structured observations back to the product team to shape what we build next.
There is no existing playbook. You will build it. This role requires high ownership, independent execution, and comfort operating in an early-stage environment with minimal structure.
